External roller shutters are a highly effective sun protection system, providing both complete room blackout and partial light regulation through the perforated shutter profile and the option of percentage opening of the shutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to their modern design, they provide excellent temperature control indoors\u2014protecting against excessive heat in summer while preventing valuable heat loss in winter. We are confident that the solutions offered in our range will meet the high expectations of our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Flush-mounted systems are primarily designed for use in newly constructed buildings; however, after making the necessary modifications to the lintel, these products can also be installed in existing buildings. Planning the use of this type of solution and the installation method already at the building design stage allows for more effective utilisation of their functional advantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Flush-mounted roller shutters provide excellent thermal insulation, as they do not interfere with the construction of the window, door, or lintel, thereby maintaining the building\u2019s energy balance. Moreover, these products blend perfectly into the fa\u00e7ade, becoming an integral part of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A wide selection of colours from the standard palette meets the needs of even the most demanding customers. Colour coatings of extruded elements are applied using powder coating technology, ensuring high product quality and long-lasting durability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Depending on user requirements, roller shutters can be operated manually, via an electric drive using a wall-mounted transmitter or remote control, as well as through intelligent control systems operated via a computer, tablet, or smartphone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Within the flush-mounted system, we also offer a version with an integrated insect screen, providing effective protection against insects while maintaining the flow of light and fresh air into the interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Passive House Institute in Darmstadt (PHI) has recognised the properties of roller shutters in the Aluprof SP and SP-E systems<\/strong>. The organisation has issued a certificate for boxes with a size of 165 mm and smaller, which in both systems\u2014when installed in accordance with the certification requirements\u2014can be successfully used in buildings with low energy demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      SP and SP-E roller shutters are flush-mounted systems in which the box is fully concealed, and its front panel simultaneously serves as a base for the finishing material. This design ensures that the shutter components do not interfere with the window or lintel construction, keeping the building\u2019s airtightness intact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The SP and SP-E systems were developed to protect against heat loss while also providing an aesthetically pleasing fa\u00e7ade finish. This solution is the first such universal system based on Institute-approved components, with a window heat transfer coefficient Uw below 0.80 W\/(m\u00b2K)<\/strong> and a glazing heat transfer coefficient Ug not exceeding 0.70 W\/(m\u00b2K)<\/strong>. Importantly, the system can be used with any window that meets PHI requirements. This is the first PHI certificate awarded to a Polish company in this product category.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
