Handles – Fittings – Covers
Fittings (hinges, locks, strikers) are among the most important components of a modern wooden window, even though most of them remain hidden from view. The proper operation of window hardware not only determines ease of use, but also ensures user safety. In the windows and balcony doors manufactured by our company, we install NT E5 perimeter fittings from the renowned brand ROTO. The fittings are selected individually using computer software, depending on the window’s size, layout, shape, function, and customer-specific requirements. Properly selected hardware will meet even the most sophisticated expectations and ensure reliable operation of the window for many years.
As standard, our wooden windows include:
- Micro-ventilation
- Misoperation device with sash lifter
- Adjustable locking cams
- Additional stay for wide sashes
- Two anti-burglary strikers and corner drives
- Locking system for double-sash windows with floating mullion
- Adjustable hinges with a load capacity of up to 130 kg
- Two-position tilt stay (for tilt-and-turn windows) with sash stabilizer
- Hinge covers available in one of 9 colors
- Original ROTO handle in one of 9 colors
At the customer’s request, we can equip wooden windows with:
- Burglar-resistant fittings WK1, WK2, WK3
- ROTO handles with button, key, or SECUSTIC mechanism
- Installation of magnetic reed sensors for integration with monitoring systems
- Sensors cooperating with heating systems – when the window is tilted, the radiator below it switches off
- Multi-stage tilt mechanism allowing the sash to be positioned at various tilt levels
- Locking espagnolette for double-sash windows with floating mullion (recommended for tall wooden windows)
- Concealed hinges DESIGNO – fully hidden within the sash and frame groove
- KOMFORT fittings – window handle placed on the bottom horizontal rail of the sash
- TILT FIRST fittings – tilt-before-turn function to protect children from opening the sash
- Sash brake – allows the sash to be fixed in any open position
- Lockable espagnolette with double-sided handle – for balcony doors
